Shipment, Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 15-day return policy for defective or malfunctioning items only. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is not working properly or is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be confirmed as defective or malfunctioning

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging)

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@megaxos.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos or video evidence of the defect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 If your country of residence is not the United States, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Shipping and Processing Information

All orders are subject to a processing time of 2–4 business days before shipment.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note: Since we ship from Japan, customs regulations may require us to split your order into two separate packages. This helps ensure smoother customs clearance, though the packages may arrive a few days apart.

Please note that for certain countriesshipping may take up to 15 business days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as international transit times can vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or local postal conditions.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur, but we are committed to ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union – 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

🏦 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
